Microsoft Access provides you with a powerful query function that allows you to combine the records of two or more tables in an effective manner. Most of the database users create new queries for extracting a particular set of records from multiple tables. Corruption in these queries primarily occurs due to unexpected system shutdown, human errors, virus infection and more. In most case of corruption, these queries become inaccessible. To overcome such situations, the best possible way is to restore the queries from an updated backup. But, in case of no backup availability or backup failing short of restoring the required data, you will need to use powerful access recovery application.

As a practical case, you create a query using Simple Query Wizard in MS Access. However, when you attempt to open that query, below error message pops up on your screen:

"Microsoft Access can't represent the join expression

([].[] =

[].[]) AND

([].[] =

[].[]) in Design

The query becomes inaccessible after the above error message appears. In addition, the same error message pops up each time you attempt to open the query.

The above error message primarily occurs if the below conditions are true:

 If your query is based on two or more tables and contains a relationship or join, based on a three-field primary key.

 If your query is corrupted

To determine the above error message and access the query, you need to take these steps:

 You can create the query in Design view without using the Simple Query Wizard.

 In case of extra parentheses, you will need to modify the query's SQL statement to remove the extra parentheses. To do so, open the query in Datasheet view, and then click SQL View on the View menu to see the SQL statement.

However, if the above resolutions fall short to resolve the above error message, then you need to use powerful Access Recovery application. Such access repair utilities employ high end scanning algorithms to systematically scan and recover your damaged database. With highly interactive user interface, automated repair procedure and advanced tools, these utilities serve as easy to understand and recovery centric utilities.

Stellar Phoenix Access Recovery is a powerful Access Database Repair utility. This read only utility can recover Access database objects including queries, forms, reports, macros and modules.
